- Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer, thus not considered as a defect.

- A difference of 0.3”-0.8” between the item(s) received from the measurements that we provided would not be considered as a defect.

- Product price is exclusive of postage fees.

Ordering

- Please fill up the order form to place an order.

- We will not entertain anyone who withdraws after the order has been made by you and confirmed by us.

Payment

- Payment is to be made only by Internet Banking or ATM transfers to our POSB banking account.

- We will email you the payment details once the order has been made.
*The reference number, time and date of payment via Internet Banking is required.
*A clear photo of the receipt is required when paying by ATM transfer. Scanned copies are not allowed.

- Payment has to be made before we are able to order the item. If an order has been placed and no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled.

Waiting Time

- The order will take at most 2 weeks to arrive.

- We will update you on the process of the shipping only if you request via email.

Postage Delivery

- We will not be responsible for any lost mail and we advice that you opt for registered mail for a safer delivery as mail will be delivered by postman to your doorstep.

- Normal postage costs $1.50 (additional $0.50 for every subsequent item) and registered postage costs $3.50 (additional $0.50 for every subsequent item).

Return/Exchange

- On our part, we will make sure that your item is in perfect condition before mailing out to you.

- If there is any damage, we will inform you and your item will be returned to the supplier and exchanged for a brand new piece. However, this would require quite some time.

- After the item is mailed to you, we will not entertain requests for return or exchange of items.

Refunds

- We will not entertain any refunds unless the item is out of stock.

How to Order?

Step 1: calculate total amount payable (product price + postage)

Normal postage - $1.50 (add $0.50 for every subsequent item)

Registered postage - $3.50 (add $0.50 for every subsequent item)

Step 2: fill in the order form below

Step 3: invoice will be sent to you via email within 48hours with payment details

Step 4: make payment within 24hours after invoice is sent

Step 5: email us after payment is made

ATM transfer – please send us a snapshot of your receipt and keep the receipt till you receive your items.

iBanking – please send us your reference number, time & date of payment.
